NOGL MCP
Retail evidence, in your AI workflow.
Plan a scoped connection between your AI assistant and NOGL. Start with the retail question, agree the sources, then verify access together.

Market context
Which comparable public offers were observed, when, and how complete is the match?
A product decision
What supports this shortlist, and which missing inputs should the buyer review?
A team handoff
Which assumptions, sources and unresolved questions should travel with the recommendation?
Examples to scope during a pilot. Available answers depend on the tools and data verified for your workspace.
From a request to a verified connection.
Agree the scope
Name the client, workspace, decision and approved data sources. Assign a system owner and define the read operations needed.
Receive the setup details
The NOGL team supplies the endpoint, supported client version and authorization method after checking the deployment. Keep credentials in the client's protected settings.
Confirm identity and access
Complete authorization for the intended workspace. Check server identity and available tools; a connection alone does not prove the data is complete.
Run a small read
Use a known product or category. Compare the response with its source, observation time and coverage. Record missing data or permission errors before expanding the scope.
What the connection needs to establish.
- Client and transport
- A client/server combination tested together with an agreed protocol version and transport.
- Workspace and permissions
- An approved workspace and the minimum access needed for the selected tools. An integration listing is not an access grant.
- Execution evidence
- A suggested tool call does not establish that an operation ran. Review the recorded attempt and its output separately.
- Data provenance
- Source, observation time, product match and coverage alongside a result. Sample evidence remains labeled.
- Review and changes
- Your team reviews recommendations. Changing prices, inventory or campaigns requires a separately approved workflow.
Read the record behind a tool.
A listed tool, an access note and a returned result answer different questions. Compare these prepared records to see what still needs checking.

What this record supports
A tool list is present; access and execution evidence are missing.
Confirm the workspace and permitted fields, then obtain a separately authorized call record and compare its result with the source.
Before a real pilot read, agree the server identity, workspace, product and permitted fields with the system owner. Keep credentials in the approved secure setup. Record the actual attempt and inspect its source and observation time. A read record does not authorize changes.
When a connection needs attention.
The endpoint cannot be reached
Confirm the supplied address with NOGL. Include the time and client version; do not keep retrying an unverified address.
Authorization fails or tools are missing
Check the account, workspace and approved permissions with the system owner. Share the error message without tokens or credentials.
An answer is empty, stale or incomplete
Check source coverage and observation time. Missing evidence should remain a gap in the decision, rather than become an invented estimate.
Protocol and client references
These explain the protocol and client setup. They do not confirm that a NOGL endpoint or tool is enabled for your workspace.
