Cookie Policy

Last updated: 12 October 2026

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies nogl.ai uses, why, and what choices you have. It reflects a review of the site's source code carried out on 12 October 2026.

The short version

NOGL loads no analytics or marketing trackers. The optional support chat connects to our self-hosted Chatwoot service only after you click the chat button. That service may create the session state needed to keep a support conversation working and receives the information you choose to send. We do not show an automatic marketing-cookie banner; the support connection is a separate, user-initiated feature described below.

Cookie categories

Cookie policies conventionally sort technologies into three categories. We list them here so you can confirm what we do and do not use. The support chat is functional and appears only after you request it.

Strictly necessary
Required for the site to work at all. The landing page is statically rendered and needs no session cookie to serve you a page. If you open the optional support chat, the self-hosted Chatwoot service may use session state to deliver that conversation.
Analytics / performance
Used to measure how a site is used. We use none in your browser. We do count events on our own server (see 'Server-side logging' below), which never touches your device.
Marketing / advertising
Used to profile visitors and target advertising across sites. We use none. There is no Meta/Facebook pixel, no Google Ads tag, and no remarketing tag on this website.

What is actually stored or transmitted

The complete inventory. The first two entries stay in your browser, Turnstile runs on form submission, and the support entry is contacted only after you open the chat. None of these entries is used to track you across websites.

ROI calculator inputs (localStorage)

Provider
NOGL (first-party — stays in your browser)
Category
Functional — strictly necessary to the feature you asked for
Purpose
Remembers the figures you typed into the ROI calculator so they survive a page reload.
Retention
Until you clear your browser storage. Never transmitted to us.

Pilot form draft (localStorage)

Provider
NOGL (first-party — stays in your browser)
Category
Functional — strictly necessary to the feature you asked for
Purpose
Saves a partially completed pilot request so you do not lose it if the page reloads.
Retention
Deleted the moment you submit the form. Otherwise until you clear your browser storage. Not transmitted to us until you press submit.

Cloudflare Turnstile

Provider
Cloudflare, Inc.
Category
Security — anti-spam, on form pages only
Purpose
Distinguishes people from bots when you submit a form, so our inbox is not filled by automated spam. Turnstile sets no cookies and stores nothing on your device. To make the check, your IP address, browser user-agent and a TLS fingerprint are transmitted to Cloudflare. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in keeping the form usable (Art. 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
Retention
No storage on your device. Cloudflare's own retention is governed by its privacy policy.

NOGL support chat (Chatwoot)

Provider
NOGL-hosted Chatwoot (self-hosted)
Category
Functional — only after you open the support chat
Purpose
Loads the support conversation you requested and receives the messages and contact details you choose to provide. The chat service can receive your IP address and browser metadata as part of delivering the session.
Retention
Conversation data is retained by the NOGL Chatwoot service under its account retention and deletion controls. Clear site data in your browser to remove local session state, or contact us to request deletion of a conversation.

Server-side logging and support conversations

We record events such as 'a form was submitted' or 'the demo was run' as ordinary log lines on our own servers. This is not a third-party analytics product, it places nothing on your device, and it is not used to build a profile of you. If you open the support chat, the resulting conversation is stored in our self-hosted Chatwoot service so our team can answer it; it is operational support data, not an analytics profile.

Self-hosted support and third-party content

The support chat is served by a NOGL-controlled, self-hosted Chatwoot service. When you open it, your browser contacts that service and sends the session data needed for the conversation; it is not loaded before that action and it is not used for advertising. Some other pages load images from third-party servers — country flags, company logos and stock photography. Those requests necessarily reveal your IP address to their servers. We consider this an avoidable disclosure and are migrating these assets onto our own infrastructure. Our web fonts are already self-hosted, so no font request leaves our servers.

How to withdraw consent

The support chat is optional: close it and do not reopen it to stop further chat requests. To remove browser-side session state, delete this site's data via your browser's settings (usually under Privacy → Cookies and site data). If you have submitted a message and want the conversation erased, write to us — see below — and we will handle the request through the Chatwoot account controls.

If this changes

If we introduce analytics, marketing technologies, or a different support provider, we will update this page before the change goes live and describe any consent choice that is required. Until then, this page says what it says because it is true, not as a formality.
